Mark, kan zich bijna om het even wie permitteren maar je moet ook oog hebben voor het evenwicht in de ploeg qua verdiensten ...
een paar heel grote verdieners en de rest een barema loon zorgt natuurlijk voor spanningen zodra er eentje minder presteert

Messi - Hazard - Debruyne zijn allemaal grootverdieners ten opzichte van de rest
zij sleuren de rest mee, helpen je ploeg een trapje hoger te spelen
ik denk niet dat er ééntje zal reclameren dat Debruyne te veel verdiend, als hij op zijn eentje zijn ploeg beter doet spelen
of als hij eens een mindere dag heeft.
't zou natuurlijk gemakkelijker zijn, als die groot verdieners , alleen maar véél verdienen als er daadwerkelijk gepresteerd wordt
bijvoorbeeld 1/2 loon - 1/2 winstpremie

Als je de helft in winstpremie geeft en bij een 0-0 stand mist iemand anders een penalty vlak voor het einde loopt die super veel geld mis. Lijkt mij ideaal om ruzie te stichten in de groep. Ook zelf schieten naar doel ipv bal af te geven enzo. Zelf penalty willen nemen.

Lol jantje ... weet dat ik veel de naam watt vermeld had maar denk dat onze aanval veel beter ging draaien dan nu ... piwie was de perfecte man om z'n " moeilijk " ventje in goeie banen te leiden en er grote speler van te maken
Devroe gaat de druk ook wel voelen naar volgend seizoen toe denk ik en hopelijk zijn we terug zo vroeg klaar met onze aankopen dan vorige seizoen ... we zijn alvast op goeie weg met Vandendriessche , locigno , bibauw we zijn al zeker van 3 goeie aankopen !! nu juist nog dat klein gouden stiertje vinden naar volgend seizoen toe

Hopelijk gaat Vandendriessche de goede vorm terug vinden wanneer hij bij ons zit want de laatste weken is het ook bij hem huilen met de pet op..
